Quality: people, processes and products

Production activities focus on customer satisfaction. The following are Phoenix’s quality processes:

  • The technical office checks the production of the client’s project and notifies any potential problems.
  • Our suppliers are responsible for inspecting the product and check quality. We carry out electrical testing on 100% of our products
  • PCB delivery takes place within predicted and confirmed deadlines
  • With the goal of monitoring the client’s satisfaction and our processes, we implement our high quality IS09001 system.
